Clean rooms with a warm welcome

The room was spacious, and the staff's warm greetings and assistance. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities as well.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with the breakfast selection, limited and disappointing. The parking situation was a stressful experience due to its narrow constraints.

An electric kettle and refrigerators in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The location was excellent because it was near the Railway Station and the International Airport, the Prophet's Mosque and the outskirts of Medina-good.

Truly enjoyed my decent time here!

wonderful and clean affordable hotel. early check-in, late check-out, amicable staff. location close enough to the international airport as well as nearby high quality coffee shops. also, on the outskirts of medina-good. the venue of choice in medina.

The carpet has a terrible smell!!! The location is inconvenient, requiring expensive taxi rides!!! The shower doors were broken, and the overall cleanliness was lacking!!!

The room we had included climate control, TV, and a fridge.

The breakfast was a little limited, definalty not what I expected from such an overpriced hotel. The bathroom needed more care, it felt cramped, and honestly, I woudl ve been delighted with a welcome gift or room upgrade after all those inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask. Almost gave them a good review.

Positive, I enjoyed a spacious room with a well-stocked minibar. The fresh breakfast was a highlight, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. The staff, especially Mr Aseil, provided speedy room service and assisted with laundry. A solid stay.

Opt for a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as lower levels can be noisy during busy times.

Abdullah at the reception was super friendly and welcomed me with a great upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, and the minibar was fully stocked. The breakfast was fresh and really filling, a great start to the day.

The two-bedroom suite offered ample space and was impeccably clean. While the location was superb for accessibility, the parking situation was a hassle due to its narrow confines, although alternative parking was available nearby. Breakfast options were severely lacking, missing variety and leaving much to be desired, disappointing after an otherwise pleasant experience.
